Our Recruitment Process

We look forward to receiving your application!

Please send your comprehensive application documents by e-mail in one or two PDF documents to hr@protagenproteinservices.com. In addition to the standard documents, we ask you to provide us with your salary expectations and your possible starting date.

Choosing the right candidate may take a while. After submitting your application, you will receive an automated confirmation.

Thereafter we will review your documents. Candidates with skills and qualifications most closely aligned with the position requirements will invited to participate in an interview. You are interviewed by phone, video/skype and/or face-to-face.

The main purpose of this interview is to get to know each other. In a detailed and open discussion, we talk about the position and your opportunities within PPS. You will share your experience, your interest in the position and the company and your personality. If suitable, there is also the possibility to have lab tour. If necessary, further discussions will follow.

In any case we will give you feedback.

If you fit to the open position and us, we will make a formal job offer to you.

After signing the contract, onboarding preparations will start.
